After graduation, I attended OSU.  In 1967 I married Karla Steiner from New Philadelphia.  We have 4 children (1 son and 3 daughters) and 3 granddaughters.  I worked for JC Penney for 21 years and was transferred 4 times during those years.  I ended up in Augusta Maine as the store manager.  I left the Penney Co. in 1988 to be closer to my family and my dad.  I started working for Paul Huff (from Dover) at Columbus Wood Products, in sales and then as a buyer.  Paul sold the business and from there it started to spiral downward.  After 21 years working for CWP, I was downsized in 2009.  The business went bankrupted a year and a half later.  My wife and I bought a villa in Spring Hill Florida in 2010.  We are moving south after she retires from Upper Arlington Schools on June 8th.  We sold our house in Westerville to our second daughter and her husband and their 2 ½ year old daughter.  We also have a 5th wheel camper at Atwood Lake where we will be spending out summers.
